Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During peak harvest season, please allow a little extra time — we're a small operation and everything is handled by hand.

Fresh Boughs & Seasonal Products Bough orders and pre-orders are held until the harvest is ready. Balsam fir boughs need a minimum of three hard frosts before cutting to ensure they hold their needles and fragrance through the season. We won't ship until the product is right — it's worth the wait.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders Larger orders require additional lead time. If you're placing a bulk order, please reach out before purchasing so we can confirm availability and timing.

Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
